Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship most items on our site internationally and it takes 2-3 weeks to arrive. We do not ship the Rothco products internationally.
Do you have a payment plan?
Yes, You can contact us directly to start a payment plan and you are required to pay 40% down once we have started your order you cannot cancel or change the item. We can adjust sizes.
You can also use PayPal pay after or Apple Pay Later and receive the item right away. Please visit PayPal and Apple Pay for details.
Do you have restocked items?
Some items are restocked but most of our items are limited runs and once they are sold out we do not produce them again.
How do I return my order?
If you are unsatisfied with your product you can return in within 15 days to the address listed on your receipt for a full refund or exchange.
How do I cancel or change my order?

How do I check the status of my order?
There will be a link in your confirmation email where you can check order status or you can call or email us.
How long does shipping take?
For in stock item it can take 2-7 days to reach you depending on your location and for custom items they take 2-3 weeks.
Can I change my shipping address?
We do not ship orders over $150 to addresses other than the billing address associated with the you payment account.
Can I exchange my items?
We will exchange unworn items as long as they are sent back within 15 days of receipt. During the Christmas holiday we have an extension to 15 days after Dec 25.
Is there a restock fee for return items?
There is no restocking fee however, you will have to pay the shipping and handling cost associated with the return.
Are there any discounts?
We occasionally offer discount codes to our clients that are on our mailing list.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product has a different size guide if it is not listed on the product page order your regular size and then enter your height, weight and waist size on the order form.
