When will my order arrive?

Generally your order should arrive within 7-10 buisness days. Personalized merchandise takes 3-4 weeks to ship, this includes Airwear merchandise and custom sneakers. Some items may be on backorder and we may not know this until the order is placed we will send an email to let you know if this is the case for your order.

Please keep in mind that if you are ordering by credit card if all information does not match the information on file with the bank this will delay your order. Please write accurate contact information so that if any problems arise we can contact you via email or telephone. We must be able to contact the billing party.

Next Day Air

Only certain items can ship express mail. Please contact us if you need something shipped express.

CREDIT CARD ORDERS

IF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS DIFFERENT FROM THE BILLING ADDRESS you must provide a fax number in the comments section on the order form so we can fax an authorization form to you for you to sign and fax back to us along with a photocopy of the front and back of the credit card and a valid photo id. If the address does not match with the address on file the merchandise will not be shipped until we receive additional information.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS - New Procedures

Easy returns, if for any reason your are unhappy with your product contact us via email or telephone within 14 days and let us know. We can fax you a shipping label to affix to your package (domestic orders only) you can then either drop off at your post office or give to your postman. No hassle. We will only pay for the shipping on returns in the event that the item you recieve was damaged in transit or you mistakenly were sent the incorrect size or item which is rare.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS For all US and US military orders shipping is free for orders of $50 and more. All merchandise is shipping priority mail.

For orders under $50 use chart below $4.00-$12.00 shipping is $5.00 $12.01-$20.00 shipping is $7.35 $20.01-$30.00 shipping is $7.95 $30.01-$40.00 shipping is $8.50 $40.01-$50.00 shipping is $9.00

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS- We ship to many international countries please see order form for a list of which countries we ship to. Your order is subject to verification. International orders are only shipped through the United States Post Office and will take 2-3 weeks to arrive.

CANADIAN ORDERS

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Please allow additional time for processing and delivery via Canada Poste. Air Express delivery is not offered to Canada at this time. This generally 2-3 weeks from the date of your order. Duties and Taxes will be collected in your country.
