I got my coat and it was a size 5x I thought they made a mistake, because I ordered a 3x. But thank goodness the people that work here was 100% on top of there game. Because they looked at the measurements I left and they made a choice to send me a larger coat one that would fit. I must say I love this coat very much and I will shop here again because of the customer service that made me fill like I was important. (thanks to the young lady that called me back with that info peace)

This coat is just what I needed for this winter.. I've only worn it once and got like 50 complements. Real nice peice. Shot out to customer service for getting me the right fit!
